Moving Forward

Forward Motion

The Law of Forward Motion.  In short, when I stop moving my behind in the direction of progress, it’s ten times harder to start again than if I would have just kept going.   The actual law reads a bit differently, but you get my point.  And I’ve been down this road before, so why do I stop?  Why do I begin with a bang and fizzle out…then sit there a year later wondering what happened? Sooooo read this:

Ecclesiastes 11:6 (MSG) Go to work in the morning and stick to it until evening without watching the clock. You never know from moment to moment how your work will turn out in the end.

Sometimes, my “why” is not as important as my “what-I should-have-done”.  It’s one thing to not have any instruction and therefore not know what to do.  It’s another to have it and ignore it.  Let’s not ignore it this week.  Get to work and don’t stop.

Get your forward motion.
